All PM FLEX – Hager Group collaborators are invited to report any situation related to: corruption, harassment, fraud, discrimination, dishonesty, corporate governance…
Reporting irregularities allows us to:

During phone contact:
- The conversation audio will not be recorded
- The call center operator will only take written notes
- A written report will be provided within 24 hours
- The report will be forwarded to the Group’s Ethical Behavior Manager (Denis Munch)
The Group’s Ethical Behavior Manager evaluates the admissibility of the report within 10 days.
During online contact:
- Open the link and choose the ITALIAN option
- Report an incident: follow all instructions to make the report (which can be anonymous, semi-anonymous, or non-anonymous)
- Once the report is submitted, an email with credentials for the account management will be sent, where you can manage the report and receive a response The report will be forwarded to the Group’s Ethical Behavior Manager (Denis Munch)
The Group’s Ethical Behavior Manager evaluates the admissibility of the report within 10 days.
Criteria:
- Is the report based on a legitimate doubt?
• Yes: report admitted
• No: report closed, the issue may be transferred to the relevant department (HR, …) - Does the reporter provide sufficient information for the report to be handled, or is it necessary to obtain further information?
In the case of a legitimate report, appropriate interventions and measures will be taken
External Reporting
It is possible to make an external report in cases where (D.lgs 24/2023):
- The internal report has not been followed up
- There are well-founded reasons to believe that if an internal report were made, it would not be followed up, and there would be retaliation
- In case of imminent danger and clear public interest
